The CDP training philosophy is founded in the belief that by investing in people organisations will become more equipped to meet the ever challenging demands of a diverse customer base.
We firmly believe that supporting and developing individuals is a pre-requisite for efficiency. Organisations which are committed to the development of their employees, enabling them to reach their full potential, will become more effective and successful.
Attendance at courses will help staff become more effective and efficient in their job role enabling them to deliver a high quality of service to all.
We bring to our training a passion and enthusiasm balanced with objective and realistic solutions to the challenges every employer and employee faces.
We believe that the biggest and most valuable asset any organisation has is its people. It is of paramount importance therefore that all staff are supported, motivated and empowered to reach their full potential.
Obviously, everyone is different and will have varying levels of knowledge and skills. As a result we appreciate that ‘one size does not fit all’. We can thus vary the level of depth and intensity of any topic area covered in our programmes. Our primary aim in all our training is to develop people’s understanding and knowledge and equip them with the confidence to handle disability issues in a more informed and empathetic way.
