To answer this question you need to be honest about where you are with your job or educational aspirations. To make this easier maybe you should take the answers from the previous two questions and analyse them. Think of any work you may have done in the past either voluntary or paid and evaluate this experiences. Until you can realistically look at where you are at the moment you can really know where you want to go and if it possible to get there.

A good way of objectively looking at where you are is by producing a C.V. (Curriculum Vitae) there's more on this later on in the guide. You can also go specialist agencies such as the Job centre who have specially trained staff that help and advise you on the best options available to you. There is also Connexions who offer in depth careers advice and again have specialist workers. This will also be explained in more detail later on in the guide.

The last two questions (Where do I want to go to? And how am I going to get there?) You probably won't be able to answer until you have finished using this guide, but it is important that you keep these questions at the forefront of your mind throughout your job seeking journey. Good luck and hopefully the rest of this guide will be useful!
