Answering this question is so important because it may well make a big difference in job interviews and in actually performing a job when you actually get one.

Life is all about learning and you may find that they are things that you thought you were bad at that you were not actually once you try it and get some practise and the applies vice versa. Learning what you can't do makes you believe in what you can do! So whether you new to the world of work or a seasoned professional it is good to continually look at your strengths and weaknesses and see what has changed.
Some people may be good at writing reports and research but may not be good with group work or expressing vocally. There are still specific careers were such skills are very valuable. So it is important to keep an open mind and to stay positive.
