Focus on Ability

The Focus on Ability Project is made up of a team of 1 Personal Adviser, an Employment Link Officer and a Project Employment Mentor covering the South Warwickshire area and a similar team covering Nuneaton, Bedworth and North Coventry.

The project gives people information, advice or guidance on your personal development or journey to finding a career suitable to meet your individual requirements.

The service includes:

• Careers guidance and information;
• Help to access training and education;
• Help to access work experience / voluntary work;
• Help with job search, CV's, applications etc;
• Skills matching to local job vacancies;
• Promoting your individual skills to employers.
