A short film on CVD to help local employers achieve diversity and show the reality of employing disabled people.
Despite employers being more positive towards employing disabled people and people with long-term illness, unemployment rates remain nearly twice as high as those for non-disabled people.
This film therefore showcases local disabled people in real life employment situations, emphasising their abilities, strengths and work aspirations. In this way, the film aims to raise awareness and challenge any negative attitudes towards disabled people.
