What is Coventry & Warwickshire RAMP?

RAMP stands for...

Raising

Awareness through

Mentoring and

Personal Support

RAMP is a project which has been set up to support Disabled People to find employment, training or education. RAMP can also match Disabled People with a Mentor who can assist you by providing additional support and advice.

 

Personal Support

• Are you aged between 16-65 years?
  
• Are you a Disabled Person living in Coventry and Warwickshire?
  
• Are you looking to find voluntary work, paid employment, work experience or training and would like some help?
  
• Do you feel you would benefit from the support of someone who has experience and knowledge of being employed?

If so, contact RAMP for further details.

 

Mentoring

Mentoring is an equal partnership between two people; a Mentor and a Mentee.

• Do you feel you are able to encourage and motivate people?
  
• Do you feel you have knowledge and experience of being a good employee or student?
  
• Are you a good listener?
  
• Would you like to learn more about Mentoring, The Disability Discrimination Act and Disability Equality?

Why not use your skills, knowledge and personal experience to help someone else, whilst continuing to develop your own interpersonal skills and knowledge on Disability issues?
