I am sure you are aware that disabled people have a number of specific rights relating to how goods, facilities and services are delivered by organizations.

There are patches of good practice where service providers have considered their disabled customers and are endeavoring to raise service standards and deliver on the DDA duties but unfortunately this is not commonplace. This short quiz is designed to start you thinking about the issue as disabled people in terms of what we should be receiving and as service providers in terms of what you should be doing to meet your legal duties and how you should go about doing so.
